Do Coca‑Cola soft drinks contain artificial colours?

The majority of our drinks do not contain artificial colours. However if, some of our drinks contain artificial colours, they are labelled as such on the product. As with all our ingredients, both the artificial and natural colours we use are approved as safe by European regulators following rigorous scientific testing.

We understand that there is a growing preference for natural colours, and we're constantly innovating to reflect this.  For example in Ireland brands such as Fanta Orange and Kia-Ora are all coloured with natural colorants and many products contain fruit juices which add colour to the drinks.
