4. Save money
Get fit for free in your own personal outdoor gym – the local park. Not only will it save you money on membership and travel costs, but you’ll feel great too.
5. Work out whenever
No sweaty gyms, no rushing for classes – the great outdoors is ready when you are and it’s right on your doorstep. Getting active outside means you choose the time and place, and there’s no queuing for the treadmill.
6. Make new friends
It’s no secret that getting active with other people makes it much more fun – it also means you’re more likely to do it for longer. Working out in your local park is a great way to meet new people from your area and spend time with family and friends. So get out there and get moving together!
