Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or competition materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the competition. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland who are aged sixteen (16) or older at the time of entry. (U18s may need parental consent and may need to be accompanied by an adult to an experience if they are a winner).

2. Employees of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Ireland, Coca-Cola European Partners or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners, regardless of where they live) or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.

3. A maximum of 1 entry per main tournament is permitted per person per location. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details or aliases will be disqualified.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

5. Winners will require a UK, ROI, CI or IoM bank account to receive winning expenses.

6. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the limit will not be accepted.

Competition Periods

7. The competition is open at the following times and dates and is linked to the corresponding locations detailed as per the specified competition period:

  • 10am to 6pm on 13th April 2019 at Dundrum Town Centre, Dundrum Shopping Centre, Dublin, Ireland

8. Any entries received outside of these dates and times will not be included in the competition.

How to Enter

Mini-Matches

9. To enter, participants must visit the Coca-Cola Premier League Trophy Tour Bus at one of the locations detailed above between 10am and 2pm, relevant to the competition period chosen, and then follow the steps below:

  • Entry to the bus will operate on a first-come-first serve basis and the promoter cannot guarantee that all participants will have the option to play in the mini matches
  • Entrants must sign up to the competition T&Cs before being able to register for the competition
  • Entrants will then be required to provide their full name to Coca-Cola staff in order to receive a ‘registered’ card and an assigned number
  • Entrants must visit the FIFA gaming floor were staff will admit people in groups of two (2) to play in individual head to head matches playing FIFA 19 on a playstation console
  • The winner of each head to head match, will receive a ‘winners’ registration card, identifying them as a winner in their mini match
  • Entrants must return to the tour bus at 2:30pm and return their ‘registration’ card to Coca-Cola staff who will place it into the ‘winners’ pot for the live draw. Any entrant cards received after 2.40pm will not be accepted.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to assign management staff to oversee the competition at each location. Management staff reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Competition; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the management staff to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the management staff to be disruptive. The management staff’s decisions are final.

Main Tournament

11. Winners of the mini-matches are required to return to the Coca-Cola Premier League Trophy Tour bus by 2:30pm on the relevant competition date in order to claim their spot in the live draw for the main tournament. Any winners who do not return by this time and hand in their registration card will not be considered for the live draw in the main tournament.

12. To enter the main tournament, participants must either enter with their ‘winners’ registration card from victory in the mini matches as outlined above n the morning of their selected competition period, or sign up and be selected following these steps:

  • Entrants must visit the Coca-Cola Premier League Trophy Tour bus at one of the venues detailed above between 10am and 2pm, relevant to the competition period chosen.
  • Entrants must sign up to the competition T&Cs before being able to register for the competition
  • Entrants will then be required to provide their full name to Coca-Cola staff in order to receive a ‘registered’ card and an assigned number
  • Entrants must return to the tour bus at 2:30pm and return their ‘registration’ card to Coca-Cola staff who will place it into the live draw. Any entrant cards received after 2.40pm will not be accepted.
  • At 2.45, official Coca-Cola staff will randomly select three (3) entrants from all valid entries who received a registered card and an assigned number using a manual raffle based system.

13. The manual raffle system is open to any participants who wish to submit their details for the main tournament in line with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not they have already participated and lost in any mini-match. Winners of the mini-matches who entered using their ‘winners’ registration card, are not eligible to sign up through the manual raffle system for non mini-match winners.

14. Participants will then follow these steps at the corresponding times to compete:

  • Entrants must visit the on-board FIFA gaming floor where staff will provide further instructions and split participants into four pairs of two
  • From 3pm to 3.20pm, each pair of two will be allocated a ten-minute FIFA 19 session, where they will compete as individuals (1 x 1) within ‘Round 1’
  • At 3.30pmpm, the four (4) ‘round one’ winners will be split into two groups of 2, and each group will be allocated a further 10 minute FIFA 19 session, where they will compete as individuals (1 x 1) within ‘The Semi Finals’
  • The two losers of the ‘Semi-Finals’ will compete in a head-to-head play-off to determine the third place winner
  • At 4pm, the two ‘Semi-Finals’ winners will receive one final 10 minute FIFA 19 session, where they will play against each other to determine second-place and the winner of the main tournament.

15. Participants competing in the ‘Final’ FIFA 19 session will have their competition game play screened on an outdoor ‘big screen’ for spectators to view.

16. The winner of each session shall be determined by the number of goals scored, with the entrant scoring the highest number of goals winning.

17. In the event of a draw, participants will not be given extra time but will instead be granted penalties. No pre-match formation changes will be allowed, and participants may only play using teams from the Premier League.

18. Only valid entry information will be accepted. All entry information is subject to verification and, if needed, justification. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry.

Grand Prize – 1st Place

19. There will be a total of 1 Grand Prize per Competition Period/Location, which include:

  • 6 x hospitality tickets to the Manchester United vs Chelsea Premier League match at Old Trafford on 28th April 2019. Expenses for travel and accommodation of up to £1200 will be provided to the winner by BACS transfer
  • One tray of 24 cans of Coca-Cola Zero 330ml cans
  • A Coca-Cola Premier League size 5 football, or equivalent if Coca-Cola branded ball is unavailable

The Runner-Up Prizes (2nd and 3rd Place)

2nd Place Prize

  • 1 x signed shirt from a Premier League team of the winner choice
  • One tray of 24 cans of Coca-Cola Zero 330ml cans

3rd Place Prize

  • A Coca-Cola Premier League size 5 football or equivalent
  • One tray of 24 cans of Coca-Cola Zero 330ml cans

20. The Winners and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to transport to venue, meals, drinks, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details.

21. A parent/legal guardian must accompany winners aged 18 or younger when participating in the Premier League match prize.

22. If the Promoter so elects, the potential Main Tournament winners may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the competition will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the competition as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the Premier League. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. The tickets are only available in the Home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.

23. Prizes are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Premier League and also to the relevant specific club;

Winner Notification and Delivery of Prize

Main Tournament Winner

24. The Winners of the Main Tournaments shall be notified by Coca Cola staff immediately of their win and the next steps to be followed in the claiming their prize. After their win, the Winner will receive a prize giving ceremony, including:

  • A presentation by a local legend
  • A special MC announcement and DJ music set
  • A dedicated photographer to take photos of the winners

25. The first-place and second-place winners of the main tournament will be required to provide the Promoter with details including their name, full address, bank account details, and other relevant information required to organise the fulfilment and dispatch of their prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.

26. The second-place prize in the main tournament will be sent securely to the winners’ address by Royal Mail or Courier within 14 days of the end of each Competition Period. The expenses of up to £1200 will be provided to the Grand Prize winners by BACS transfer and their bank details will be captured through a GDPR approved online tool.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the prize will be forfeited.

28. The Grand Prize winner will be required to participate in publicity relating to the competition at no extra remuneration over and beyond the award of the prize. This competition marketing will include the filming and taking of pictures of the winner.

General

29. The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.

30. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the Winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the competition and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this competitions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means.

32. A list of Winner’s full names and their counties will be available on request by emailing consumer.response@cchellenic.com within 3 months of the competition closing.

33. Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this competition without further remuneration.

34. In ROI, this promotion is carried out under the licence issued by Saint Vincent de Paul, CHY 6892.

35. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

36. Limitation of liability: insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter does not assume any responsibility for:

  • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this competition;
  • Inaccessibility or unavailability or the internet or any website or any combination thereof;

37. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the competition reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

38. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

39. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in accordance with them) will be governed by Irish law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the competition and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
